WA Medical Practitioners – Subsidiary Agreements and associated backpay

Subsidiary Agreements to the WA Health System – Medical Practitioners – AMA Industrial Agreement 2022 have been negotiated between the AMA (WA) and WA Health.
This includes:
BreastScreen WA Agreement 2022
Emergency General Surgery Roster Agreement 2022
Cardio-Thoracic Surgery On Call and Call Back Roster Agreement 2022
Metropolitan Inter Hospital Vascular Service After Hours on Call Roster 2022
The abovementioned subsidiary Agreements were recently updated, with relevant pay increases backdated to 1 July 2022 and implemented as per the following dates:
Ascender Pay
- New rates implemented as of 13/03/2023, with the first pay day falling on 30/03/2023 (pay period dates being 13/03/2023 – 26/03/2023).
- Retrospective backpay will be paid for the period of 01/07/2022 – 12/03/2023 on the pay day falling 30/03/2023.
Lattice
- New rates implemented as of 13/03/2023, with the first pay day falling on 30/03/2023 (pay period dates being 13/03/2023 – 26/03/2023).
- Retrospective backpay will be paid for the period of 01/07/2022 – 12/03/2023 on the pay day falling 11/05/2023.
