Mark Duncan-Smith, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon (MBBS [UWA], FRACS), maintains both a private practice and sessional appointment at FSH as one of the Burn Surgeons. His private practice also takes in regional work in Bunbury.
Mark is a former Head of Department and Chairman of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at RPH (2007 to 2014). He is a past President of the Western Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (since 2004).


Mark has been a consultant burn surgeon since 1999 and worked on both both the Bali Bombing Disaster and Ashore Relief Disaster at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH). Mark has done volunteer overseas humanitarian work regularly since 2004 (Interplast) and an AMA Councilor since 2014.
