AMA (WA) Trade Practices Compliance Manual (March 2002)
On 12 December 2001 the AMA (WA) consented to orders in a Federal Court action by the ACCC to implement a Trade Practices Compliance Programme in respect of Part IV of the Trade Practices Act 1974 and maintain the programme for 3 years. The AMA (WA) is committed to complying with the Court orders and the TPA.
