The AMA (WA) and Healthway Healthier WA Award 2012 recognises WA organisations that have, through a specific venture, project or program, made an exceptional contribution to the advancement of health and wellbeing outcomes which impact across the WA community. The many health related ventures, projects and programs that are being developed by business organisations, non profit organisations, local Government, community groups, schools and sporting groups reflect the growing concern in addressing health and wellbeing issues that exist within our community. The AMA (WA) and Healthway Healthier WA Award provides an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the outstanding commitment and innovation of organisations that develop successful ventures, projects and programs which demonstrate a tangible positive impact on health and wellbeing for Western Australians.
